Document Summary

One of the major world issues is protein deficiency in infants. Bloated stomach does not necessarily mean an absence of enough food, but an absence of enough protein. We think of proteins as being embodied in red meats, other kinds of meat, and fish as well. Processes of many enzymes which the body produces. And the enzymes permit us to adjust our food and it is like an engine that turns over the food from the capacity of those enzymes to break down the molecules in the appropriate way. The buildup of the body requires protein materials. The egg white, when you cook it, goes from clear to white. The protein can now be visible instead of translucid (because the water is what permits the egg white to be translucid) This is an irreversible process because the water is driven off and then it is not in the chemical reaction mix anymore.
