Not a team: make sure team"s job is for team (and not individuals)\ Organizational behaviour: study of what people do in a social unit which functions on a relatively continuous basis to achieve a set of goals not a functional area in organization. Enable you to analyze action in organizations, abstract away from the situation, articulate what is happening. Lmr & hrm: filed of study grounded in the disciplines of sociology, economics, law, political science.
