Reading: wegenstein body the body is a medium of experience. A constant in the definition of the human being. More and more people are going under surgery and processes to change the outer body to match their inner-body expectations to the outside body. The history of the body is a history of body building, the body is altered in different manners. Embodiment: being a body contextual, the experience of the body in the particularities on context. The modern body is self-disciplined, moving from a society of discipline to one of control from within. Discipline and prison: historically, it would be a greater punishment to isolate the individual. The central structure of an experience is its intentionality : there is a (cid:272)o(cid:374)s(cid:272)ious(cid:374)ess that is e(cid:454)perie(cid:374)(cid:272)ed a(cid:374)d o(cid:374)e there is(cid:374)"t, the (cid:373)i(cid:374)d (cid:272)hooses which images are relevant, progress of cognitive science: Body and embodiment representation of bodies and our sense of embodiment. We are shaped by the situations we are in.
