Affect ~ especially with gambling, affect of training is written and designed into games. This is in other things too such as games. Talking about games in general there"s a lot of affect. It is free because it can be deferred or suspended at any time, you can stop playing at any time. It always has to be done at leisure. It is voluntary, you can stop or start it whenever you want. Outside of normal life: it is not ordinary or real life, you step into a temporary sphere of activity. It is only pretending or only for fun . Play is distinct from ordinary life both as to locality and duration. It is played out within certain limits of time and place. It is an activity connected to no material interest, no profit can be gained by it. It is a sphere of life with no profits.
