Sutdents rights to be educated are teachers responsability to educate. As a teacher you are protected by rights. As outlined by education act, you have three fundamental rights as teacher: you can chose in what manner to delover curriculum, you can select the different means of evaluation. Evaluatuon can not be separated from curriculum: you have the right to expect specific things of your students. Not just disipline, but also the learning of the subject. In the 1950s in th us: your freedom of speech does not allow you to shout fire in a teather. Method of instruction: you board or school may require you to emphasize methods, or avoid methods, because they have rights to subject your rights.
