Initially when the eld of transitional justice emerged, there was attention to see how to de ne it. When we talk about transitional justice we are talking about judicial and non-judicial measures that have been implemented by different countries in order to redress the legacies of massive human rights abuses (international centre for transitional justice 2015) It is about redressing past political injustices: it looks back to address the wrongs from the past and the legacies from these wrongs too.
