Founded the first amerindian theatre company of canada. Pretty similar in style and writing format. Not usual play format of five acts. Very short and divided in 5 scenes. The origin of how the world was created. Going the opposite way from their traditions/origines/ancestors floating down river. Mesnak (film adapted from hamlet same character names and same controversies) Really shocking for the audience to watch it. Mix of myth present and the shocking reality. Chorus cheering at what he is saying. Performance in english but the play originally written in french. Direction: no hiccups in the play everything meld well; no intermission. She could not speak and can only communicate with others with her eye. A lot of fabrics in terms of blanket, towel, laundry. Sarah is covered in blanket most of the day. Meant to be furnitures to the play. Actors in the play would use her as object (put objects on her for example)
