Although we are all proficient in basic laboratory procedures, experience has dictated that it is a good idea to review and re-acquaint ourselves with some basic techniques before starting the food chemistry labs which make use of these procedures. You will have the opportunity to write up the lab and get a feel of what is required in the lab report in terms of format and data presentation.
