Themes: franco-british conflict, expansion of napoleon"s france across europe to its greatest extent by 1809. Main goal to distract gb to isolate it. 1796: gb had withdrawn most of navy from mediterranean so france tries to pose as friend to ottoman empire. Whole operation setup is insane (nowhere near well equipped enough)
