Review: the final exam is divided between a fact pattern and an essay question. Prof. piper"s ip plenary: the essay question will touch on the entire year (e. g. there"s important stuff on theorizing property law from the first semester) It"s not set in transsystemia ; we"ll have to toggle between cml/cvl: look for areas of interaction within the cml/cvl (and even indigenous law) In terms of substantive law for the fact pattern, this is what we"ll have to consider: the fact pattern only covers everything from the quiz-onwards. If you see something that looks unfamiliar, it may be because we haven"t studied it. Guest lectures/plenaries: the plenaries with the property profs are integrally part of the course, the plenaries with guest lecturers serve a different purpose, but can be used.
