In every deciliter of plasma there are 7g of protein: devided into 3 groups. Separating plasma proteins: differential precipiration by salts. Specific concentration to result in precipitation: sedimentation in ultracentrifuge, electrophoretic mobility, immunological characteristics. Separating method by movement of charged particles along a voltage gradient.
