Self-help groups (associations, cooperatives, churches, mosques: deeply rooted in society, untied by socioeconomic need, solidarity and informal trust networks (informal economy) Traditional authorities and institutions: local chiefs, customary dispute resolution, etc, traditional methods to address welfare needs, the re-emergence of relevance to the traditional authorities.
