Became aggressive in identifying illegal settlement building in the west bank: in intense opposition to the yesha council, summary of interest groups: phenomenon demonstrates that israel has been transformed from ideological/party model to more pragmatic and pluralistic model. As the country became more pluralistic, these groups took a leading role in the transformation.
