Hebb tested patients w pfc damage performed well on standard iq tests as normal ppl. Patient k. m both anterior pfc removed performed normally on iq test. What does standard iq test test? tests involve language tasks, spatial tasks, not testing frontal lobes directly convergence test that needs one single answer. 1930 jacobsen tested monkeys w bilateral pfc lesions on delayed response task.
