Is english really their home language: we are not picking on nations, we are studying them because we have to. Irish came first, took their choice of land and sat in their shit shacks doing nothing: they are still sitting on their butts doing nothing, on welfare. Germans came next, took the shit pieces of land and developed it to grow communities and do amazing things: still doing good things and developing in the present day, maybe there are group differences. There are group members who are not the same. The quest for collective identity: the plight of disadvantaged ethnic minorities: group differences in achievement, theories of group-based academic underachievement, genetic theories. Germany as master race who are genetically superior. Leaves things static no opportunity for change. Racists would love this data i. e. give blacks and whites an iq test and if the blacks score less, they conclude whites are more intelligent.
