Zero tolerance was designed speci cally for application in 20-80 situations. Zero tolerance has become the new buzz word it"s become really important in society - e. g. zero tolerance for bullying however, it"s sort of thrown around in discourse without much meaning behind it. Zero tolerance means that the behaviour in question is so important that anyone who engages in it is going to get sanctioned and they"re going to get sanctioned at the highest level. Zero tolerance must be applied with absolutely no exception and with zero. Back to the grade 6 classroom of 15 students: 14 students will drop out in the next few years 95% do not complete high school. 14 will be involved with an array of collective self-control issues. > we will take a collective approach to address the school attendance issue. Why focus on school attendance? most of the work in a community is done revolving around school issues.
