Scientific breakthrough push for evaluation of medical schools. Physician training 6-8 years nearly always in a university setting. Medical research as scientific research, medical training as scientific method. Medicine in us and canada became a highly paid & well-respected profession. Blacks: inferior: should only treat black patients, should serve roles subservient to white physicians. Modern medicine given importance, alternative treatment and medicine like vaccines no importance because not based on scientific research.
