In a probably functioning capitalist society, it should be contractual and give people human dignity. Making a distinction between stationary and progressive societies. Capitalists conspire against the public and everything should be done to stop them. Capitalists want special favours from the state because they don"t want to work hard. Low levels of property and high wages are ideal. Constant change, competition, if you give monopoly, then prices will stay high. Merchants coming together conspire to destroy the common good.
