o Gender was about nurture, as long as you made a kid look typically

male/female you would end up with a straight kid without gender issues

• Dr. Money: medical world accepted his nurture idea

o 60s-70s

o The one really successful case ended with the woman transitioning and

eventually killing himself

• More available to sexual predators

• Forced to conform/seen as repressed gay person etc.

• 5 non-consensual surgeries are performed everyday on children

• Eventually they’ll need hormones estrogen or testosterone when they hit puberty
