Menstrual blood is seen as bad and will take away the man"s strength. Only exception is when you are a small boy - then you are still associated with your mother and follow her not the man"s path. Believe that girl will naturally mature into women. Believe that boys need a little help and that"s where the initiation ritual comes in. At the start of it, they are taken from their mother"s home and won"t again live with a woman till he is a father himself.
