How does racism operate within various societies? a problem. And they shouldn"t allow the problematic people to reproduce. Give 1000$ to poor women to be sterilized. Racism can be 1) overt- e. g name calling or racial slurs. 2) embedded- more subtle forms of racism that often go unnoticed as racist . White privilege : peggy mcintosh- argues in american society, white skin is a form of privilege, greater access to certain resources like education and jobs. White privilege- a form of embedded racism where in white people are granted power, prestige, and/or access to resources.
