We are 70% water, a high percentage of h2o just like our planet ! More people around the world have water contaminated with e. coli, hepatitis etc. Water is a carrier for microbes ! Parasites and bacteria in food & water get into alimentary systems, this is where they cause havoc and lead to diarrhea ! Diarrhea is not a disease, it"s a systematic outcome of some kind of infection ! Maybe microbes go through gut and cause diarrheal diseases! Diarrhea outbreak, not determined what it is other than it is contagious ! Act of body eliminating massive amounts of feces ! People say to wash hands (fomite, ie. putting hand on door handles etc) ! Not only are microbes in water, but microbes causing malaria is carried in vector mosquito ! Always have blood & mucus in the feces ! Flies like feces, they crawl around feces and then food so you have a chance of cross-contamination !
