Webster had financial troubles and borrowed money from parkman and then dismembered, burned, and dumped parkman"s body into a lab privy. Found out that parkman"s loan was at risk b/c webster had a collection of rocks. His body was found really decomposed, and were not very familiar with this sort of case. Parkman"s dentist used dental records to id him. First use of anthro in a criminal case. His wife, louisa luetgert reported missing by her brother on may 1st, 1897. Adolph said she went to visit her sister, but then changed his story and said she ran away with another man. She was seen on the eve of disappearance at the factory. Luetgert bought arsenic and potash the day before.
