Vibrant culture was built by the etruscans, the quote talks about etruscan women being very liberated and naked, and always drinking with their husbands. Little historical evidence, most known from art and archaeology. There is a story (not confirmed) that the etruscans immgirated from somewhere in asia into italy. We can discover the roots of roman arts and society that are connected to etruscans, this shows the etruscan influence. Roman art itself many have been influenced from the etruscans altogether.
