Translation has to do with connotation - one-to-one literal translations aren"t necessarily the best idea. Literal theory of translation = dead theory of translation. Copying words from one language to another very rarely results in a good translation. Like with the clouds, some puns lose their meaning because they rely on phonetic sounds (dif cult to translate while maintaining humorous effect). The translated title has a similar meaning, but loses some of its linguistic structure - alliteration and consonants are lost.
