Document Summary

The history of the universe in one slide. Quark soup (everything prior to this = sea of particles, nucleosynthesis) Big freeze out (between this and parting = cbr), (t= 1 second) lomoar cpsd| 2151316. Parting company (between this and rst galaxies = dark ages, boring) (t= 300. 000 years: first galaxies (1 billion years) o modern universe (things look familiar, stars/galaxies/universe) (12-15 billion years) It seems to have a beginning time of 13 to 14 billion years ago. Early in the universe"s history things are closer together, later on things are farther apart and the stretching continues. As time goes on, the light keeps getting stretched to longer wavelengths and gets more spread out, blue photon gets redder so at earlier times, all this cbr was shorter wavelength and more closely packed light. Space was lled w/ hotter radiation in the past.
