Allele frequency increases if change in favourable to itness. Form of natural selecion where humans drive the course of evoluion. Repeaing this process over generaions results in changed in characterisics of a domesicated populaion over ime. Instead of nature selected phenotypes humans do it, selecion by humans. Phenotype is the outward appearance/observable feature of an organism. Depends on how many genes inluence the phenotype. How much the phenotype is controlled by environmental factors. Whether there are deleterious consequences (trade ofs) of ariicial selecion. Depleted geneic variaion that encodes for phenotype that means there isn"t anything natural selecion can act on. More genes means slower, faster is you have fewer genes to inluence a phenotype. If you are something humans consume your prospects for survival is greater. Geneic basis for taking your ime before you breed you become big. Over thousands or tens of thousands: natural selecions favour large body size so could potenially shit back.
