By: nishchay kaushal: the crime scene itself had many key pieces of evidence that helped the police in determining the real perpetrator of the murder of fred casely. For starters, the fact that both roxie and her husband were at the scene of the crime immediately after the murder could illustrate to the cops that the murderer is one of either roxie or amos. Secondly, the gun, otherwise known as the murder weapon was left at the scene of crime and most likely covered in roxie"s fingerprints. Moreover the police also had the deceased body, which they could use in several ways such as taking dna samples, analyze any bodily fluids, and more, which would illustrate that. In addition, the police also questioned amos about the crime that just took place and when he realized whom the victim was, he exposed to the office that the killer was roxie.
