Validity: limitations , degree to which a test measures the constructs of traits it purports to measure, volunteer bias, faulty estimation, social-desirability response bias, differences in meanings of terms. Naturalistic-observation method: organisms are observed in their natural environments, participants do not know they are observed; no interaction.
