To predict and understand o. b. must know individual"s personality and the setting where they work. Iq (intelligence), eq (emotional intelligence), cq (cultural intelligence) Ability (cognitive intelligence: cognitive ability: capacity to learn and process cognitive information such as reading, comprehension, mathematical patterns spatial patterns, standardized tests (gmat, mcat) Self-awareness: how do you feel, what do you think. Self-mangement: should i say anything, do anything. Other-awareness: ask the person some questions. Other-management: conversation with the person to led to inspiring the person. Ability: (cultural intelligence/ability to manage diversity: cultural intelligence: represents a person"s capability to function effectively in situations characterized by cultural diversity.
