This poem is about how priestly captures a mouse in a trap and then will experiment on him the next morning. She is friends with priestly and tells the public that the mouse would have died an even worse death (cid:498)it"s not about cruelty, it"s about justice and for philosophical curiosity. She wants to make her point about justice, liberty and mercy.
