A meeting in which the designers share the work, ideas, prototypes, etc. with colleagues, peers, stakeholders, clients, etc, in order to get feedback. Improve the designers understanding of the needs of the stakeholders. Something you can build out of anything you can find. Have someone take notes, that is not going to be part of the conversation. Prepare a short list of questions to help direct the meeting. Be ready to explain the problem you"re working on and how your device fixes it. Introduce yourselves by name, shake hands, present your idea. Be professional, show gratitude before you close your meeting. Reviewers may see the problem and solution very differently from you. Post notes in discussion group and include in final report. Provide 30 seconds overview of the purpose and demonstrate your team"s device 10 minutes to do the presentation. Ask you direct questions defend your design choices. Why did you design it like this provide design specific suggestions.
