Asks, do we have a moral obligation for everyone? . There are variations in this perspective because you can alter different variables (i. e. giving equal resources to people but a fixed amount of reward etc ) This branches off of the variable of equity and moral relativity: 2) efficiency/cost effectiveness. Getting the most out of a given input. If you put in a great effort, you expect a great reward. If you invest a lot of money, you expect a certain amount back.
