Sight and hearing have biggest impact on function. Hearing consqeunce withdraw from people, cant filter background noises, tones of voice, cant sense voices. Can develop paranoia and miss parts of speech, respond inappropriately: respond thinking of what they said instead of what they said. Sight; normal age are harder time seeing diff between shades, in print want to be in contast colors b/w. Want the plate to b diff than placement. Decreased ability to see fine detail, need more light to see.
