Life events: people who experience agoraphobia more likely to have face dangerous situations, like crime, conflict, serious arguments, depression, by contrast, associated with loss. Genetics: inherent proclivity to panic vs experiencing generalized anxiety distinctly. Does not hold true for all types of anxiety disorders.
