See their body diferent than how other people see them. People may put a lot of value on their body weight and shape. Individual may conlate their worth/value with their body. Leads to consequences, if you lose weight you might feel beter and a good person, however if you gain weight this could impact self-evaluaion, bad person or failure. They feel hungry but choose to withhold food even if they want to eat.
