When remove the adenoma, will result with big dent in brain because cannot go downwards only goes upward, so pushes on optic chiasm. When pituitary adenoma occurs (common) people tend to complain of vision. Have to get rid of pituitary tumor because will become blind. When breath through nose, hit conchae and air spins and slows down.
