Rx: steroid injection (high recurrence) or surgery. Mucoid degeneration of joint capsule or tendon sheath. May be in communication c joint capsules / tendons. May cause pain or nerve pressure symptoms. Progressive, painless fibrotic thickening of palmar fascia. Fixed flexion contracture of ring and little fingers. E. g. when hand can"t be placed flat on the table.
