Need to add extra force to it, puing body weight onto heel, adding an axial load through foot that pushes it harder into extended posiion. Most imes it"s all 3 or 2/3 components. Footwear: very lexible, soccer cleats allow the toe to extend more. Surface: cleat to ariicial turf interacion is much stronger (grips more) vs. natural turf.
