Organizers are the ones who instigate strikes and such things. Employers liked that organizers had limits so that they wouldn"t do such things. A lot unions lose touch with members. Overtime, becomes harder and harder to draw younger and newer workers into unions. Management rights = whatever the managements says, goes = becomes prominent model. Workers" controls -> workers wanted a voice on a day to day basis. By 1950s and 60s, this model was gone. 1950s focused more on industrial democracy rather than collective bargaining. The upsides are very fundamental, many changes, etc.
