In terms of funding for immunization, it"s been a publicly funded initiative. Spread of basic technology took lots of effort. Technology we take for granted, many people don"t have. Electrification: light used to come through oil lamps, these lamps used toxic oil, were dangerous and difficult to use, this kind of technology was non-renewable. Light after-dark was an enormous amount of work. U. s: rural electrification: in free-market context, cities get electrified because its profitable and easy, but not economical for private businesses. Rural divid because rural areas didn"t have electricity while the other areas did: the use of electricity generated many jobs.
