Use echolocation: there are not rodants (although bats = flying mouse) Order of their own: bats are not vampires, demons or monsters, bats are considered a good food source or well respected in some cultures, live a very long time with good health (disease vectors) Big brown bat = white lab mouse. Fed using meal worms which they have never seen (requires training) Uv light used to check bats for fungi. Once adapted thrown into a colony (play-yard) Bats are allowed to reproduce within the colony. Mothers sometime stop caring for the offspring. All offspring will be tagged as they may get separated from the mother. Cleaning of colonies occurs once a year.
