Until recently, mrs. adams has always felt in control of her health and good about maintaining her home independently for so long. Her recent fall has caused her to question her ability to continue to live so independently in her home. She has annual physicals which have consistently gi(cid:448)en her a (cid:858)(cid:272)lean (cid:271)ill of health(cid:859). She still sees herself as a 30 year old woman. Suffered minor depression after her husband passed away. She lives on her own and attempts to maintain the house she has lived for the last 50 years, but admits it is becoming more challenging to keep it up. She is apprehensive about ever having to leave her home and all the memories and special things she has collected over the years. The fall has caused her to re-examine her ability to maintain her active lifestyle around the house. Attends a local presbyterian church and follows christian values and beliefs.
