Any activity that goes on for human beings without interference (aka nothing comes between it) Action is a political question: it strives at the very heart of politics action does not equal political activism. 1. it always starts something new: has a revelatory character (reveals who we are) Acts: through acts , something is born natality could make us human (birth) this newness cannot be anticipated / determined birth has unexpectedness: this is in all beginnings and all origings. Features of action: the actualization / realization of human beginning, action reveals the agent / actor through it a. b. It is through these in which humans reveal who they really are: plurality, action is not possible in isolation, actions must happen between humans, actions must do with matters of the world (what concerns / interests us collectively)
