Therefore, many legal disputes arise as a result. A legally binding agreement between two or more parties (persons or groups of persons) for a particular purpose. If contract is breached, you can go to the government to appeal the losses suffered. One party will offer to do something for, or to give something to another party - normally in exchange for something. Contract law is motivated by the idea that private citizens should be empowered to make and to create law. Valid - carry the force of law with them. Invalid - something has gone wrong in the attempt to create a legally binding law. Consent is voided when: 1) signed under duress; 2) agree to contract on false premises - agreed to something different than what you got. Contract cannot be enforced over someone who is not mentally competent to have entered into it. E. g. asleep, intoxicated, severe mental disorder, under age.
