Concept: no right or wrong just a social construction. Use the movies and readings to back it up. The role of the judge or jury is to say what actually happened. The trial of fact is the one who determines what the truth is. Social construction: there isn"t an absolute truths of an event. Up to this point we have been concerned with how we de ne things with being wrong. State de nes it as wrong even though morally there doesn"t seem to be anything wrong and even if we subject it to the reality of the world. Walls talk: what is wrong can change over time. Whats wrong may not re ect reality and it can change over time. How we de ne things (contest around language) so that we might think of something as wrong but ultimately it turns on what we de ne as right and wrong.
