Views the world as a single community with common or universal rules, principles, and mutual obligations: realist ethics. Views the world as collection of distinct and separate communities struggling for survival in a non-moral anarchic realm of realpolitik: pluralist ethics. Views the world as a collection of distinct of separate communities sharing minimal moral standards that protect diversity and autonomy.
