Blue eyed people got extra recess, no drinking fountain privileges, no playing together. Brown eyed people have to wear collars. The kids catch on very quickly that blue-eyed kids are better and privileged. Brown-eyed kid: the way they treated you, you felt like you didn"t really want to try anything . Brown-eyed kid hit another kid for calling him brown eyes. The kid knows that hitting the other didn"t help and the kid who called him the name knows he meant it in a mean, not funny, way. Discrimination occurred in the space of fifteen minutes.
