A single neuron has to work with others to communicate with for there to be much function. (ex: a network of 302 neurons makes a worm. It can respond to outside stimuli, and have reactions to it"s environment) Our brain has restrictions when it comes to birth. Human babies are not as smart and other species babies. In the study, they had participants come in and have a story about how they are not biased towards their own knowledge. Brain in the jar artificially creating environmental stimuli, so that our brain can live on past our body. Naive realism: we live in the real world. People who do not think that we live in the real world think that we live in a matrix type world, where this is an artificial universe. will exists.
