(cid:498)shyer than i am(cid:499) focus on internal qualities, develops complex pic of other person. Improves with age: body/facial signals, recall the facial expressions for babies study, empathy. In young infants crying like other babies in same room: as they get older, begin to feel sympathy understanding others" emotions without feeling it completely themselves, gradual developmental course.
